Our car was taken to Georgia straight collision and they accepted it even though they were overbooked. We thought it was going to take months before we would hear back from them, but to our surprise the car was fixed within a month.

I had the best experience with Georgia Straight Collision with helping me through a difficult collision repair. The wonderful kindness and patience I received from the staff explaining the repair, what was entailed, along with the ICBC procedures was incredible and made an unfortunate difficult situation easier to maneuver through.

These guys are amazing. My truck doors were both damaged and I struggled to understand how they could make it look like new again and paint match everything. My truck looks brand new

I went through the mountains at Christmas time and a rock off a semi punched a hole in my bumper, and I went to Georgia Straight Collision for the repairs.
Mel and Jules were so helpful with everything! Jules patiently walked me through the paperwork, and what to expect. Mel answered my million and one questions about dealing with ICBC to make a claim, and was very thorough in getting the information ICBC would need.
They were so approachable, knowledgeable and very professional!
The work from the auto body techs was perfection! You can't tell I have a whole new bumper, everything looks original!
From start to finish, Georgia Straight Collision was a great experience, and I highly recommend them!

Very quick t get in, awesome service and when they take a look around my car for a quote they gave me a 5$ gift card to tin town cafe to kill some time. Amazing! Would definitely recommend and will go back if needed.

I was moving to Alberta and needed a repair to my car done. I called around to all the body shops in town, and no one had time to get me in for an estimate and a repair in time, before I moved. A friend recommended Georgia Straight Collision (I had forgotten to check with them when phoning around), and Julie at the front desk worked really hard to get me in to the shop for an estimate. Julie then went above and beyond to get the repairs done before I moved. They did the repairs, my car looks brand new and they even detailed it for me before returning it. I was beyond thrilled with the outstanding customer service and quality workmanship.

Would give more than five stars if possible. Melanie & the staff were amazing, top class customer service, fantastic workmanship & picked up the car in pristine condition. They went the extra mile with problems we had with the rental vehicle company, pity they were not so customer focused. Although it took a little longer because a holiday weekend, thanks for such an enjoyable experience.

Had all but one of my collisions (NOT MY FAULT!) repaired by Georgia Straight over the past decade or so, and I wish I'd come here first! I have not had one issue with the front office, or the shop, in a half dozen ICBC claim repairs.
I particularly want to mention Melanie, at the front desk, who knows everything about everything - and I mean that she has it all in her head and at her fingertips - because she is the friendliest person in the car repair business that I have ever met. I trust her 100%. And the work done in the shop is perfect.
I recommend Georgia Straight for any vehicle bodywork you need, and though I don't know if Georgia Straight Towing is an offshoot business - they cover a few towing firms with different names - but as an ancillary operation to the collision repair shop they have always been great to me as well.

I was t-boned with some minor damage to my truck. The other party was found 100% responsible. I took my truck in to G.S. Collision for an estimate and booking. It took a while to get in but I was not in a hurry. They promised my truck back in 2 weeks. They provided me with a nice courtesy car. My truck was available, as promised. The repair looks great and the complimentary detailing is appreciated! Thanks Julie, Tyler and the crew for an excellent experience!
